The Primary School community is built upon purposeful activity where the children are introduced to some of the more structured aspects of school life within a happy, supportive and nurturing environment. The well-being of every child is paramount and each is welcomed and valued as an individual. A positive contribution to the life of the school is encouraged from the outset. Out of the Classroom.

At Petals we believe that learning is enriched by experiences that take place both inside and outside of the classroom, We encourage our Teachers to develop experiences that bring our pupils out of their classroom and into the outside world, even it means moving to the garden for a lesson for the day. Each subject tries to incorporate trips that enrich the topic they are learning. Not forgetting our planting beds where children get the responsibility to grow their own organic garden, taking full responsibility for their crops.
